Cash and the Biggest Rap Stars

If you read the entertainment publications and watch television it is easy to see that most celebrities, including the biggest rap stars, are quite comfortable and have plenty of cash. Unfortunately, most of us can’t live the life of a major star, and enjoy the kind of wealth they receive for their work.

Most of us can make budgets, look for good deals and bargains and try to get ahead so that we can at least have some financial “breathing room” from time to time. In the current economy, it is very hard to even set aside some savings or make plans for vacations or getaways, because prices are high and incomes are low.

Consider that some of the biggest rap stars have even complained about rising costs. For instance, Sean “Puffy” Combs grounded his own private jet due to the outrageous costs of airline fuel and fees. While this is not a problem that most of us will face, it does demonstrate that all levels of society are feeling the financial “crunch”.

So, what can we do to help ourselves during this time? Most financial experts recommend that people actually sit down and create a budget just like the majority of celebrities and the biggest rap stars do. This will include actual data from their checking accounts and debit cards, and will show them where every penny is spent. Most consumers are generally shocked by how much they can save by changing a few habits. For instance, one of the biggest budget breakers is lunch. Most people don’t realize the harm in their daily takeout lunch, but added up over the course of a single year it can reach hundreds or even thousands of dollars that could have been saved or spent on better things.

In addition to money spent on smaller items, most financial experts also point to such things as telephone and cellular services, television and Internet plans, insurances and other monthly fees that can be reduced without a lot of fuss or hassle. Are the major celebrities and biggest rap stars doing these sorts of things too? While their personal spending habits may not be so restricted or analyzed, many are selling off larger homes and generally downsizing to save money as well.

The home is another area where budgeting should come into play also, and homeowners can save a great deal of money by simply reducing their use of resources and utilities. For instance, timers on bathroom and kitchen fans are one way to save on electricity and to reduce heating and cooling costs because the fans will suck out conditioned air along with bathroom steam and humidity. Also using kitchen timers while in the shower can reduce water waste and expense as well as the ringing of the timer alerts the bather to the fact that their bath time is at an end.

Clearly there is a distinct pattern appearing which indicates a clear connection between financial savings and earth-friendly efforts. For example, some of the biggest rap stars are now seen driving their flashy sports cars, but many are also proud owners of hybrid and electric cars as well. While some of these automobiles are still outside of most consumer price ranges, there are plenty of vehicles that will allow the average consumer to save the planet and some money at the same time.

While celebrities and the biggest rap stars don’t have such day to day concerns and worries about finances, they too have seen their personal fortunes diminished by the global financial crisis, and they too have had to get somewhat creative in their money management. Many people like to emulate their favorite celebrities. Perhaps they’ll encourage their fans to start doing what they can to save money.
